Hey! I’m Tiffani! I guess you could say I’m your typical southern small town girl. I grew up in a tiny town in North Carolina where everybody knows everybody. After high school I attended college at WCU, go cats! I made some amazing lifelong friends and grew so much during my time there.
My husband, Chris, and I met and began dating when I was 16 years old. What! We dated five years and got married as I was going into my senior year of college while he was starting his first year of grad school. Those first three years of being married while in school, working multiple jobs, and getting pregnant and having a baby were super hard but taught us so much. We wouldn’t change a thing about it. We’ve been together for eight years this june!
I always said I would NEVER be a stay at home mom. For some reason I just thought I wouldn’t enjoy staying at home. I had plans to work in environmental health after college. Then I had the sweetest most beautiful baby girl in the world and got a reminder that our plans aren’t always Gods plans. After having her, I knew he had called me to stay home with her. I could not even bear the thought of having to leave her every day. Now I feel so blessed to be able to have this opportunity to stay home and pour into my little family every day.
So here I am blogging while taking care of the most precious gift in the world! I never could have imagined that this is what I would be doing but it also better than anything I ever thought. I’m so thankful and happy to be sharing my story of motherhood and life and what I’m learning along the way.
Hopefully I can help other women and mamas out there in the process! Thanks for stopping by and feel free to reach out to me with any questions you have!
